Scans

• We can provide CMYK, RGB or LAB images and work to any colour profiles you require. (We normally work in Colormatch RGB and Eurostandard CMYK.)
• Objects/books to a maximum height of 25 mm can be scanned.
• Scan bed takes originals to maximum size of 440mm by 310mm.
• Scans to be twice ppi of screen (lpi); i.e. 300ppi for 150lpi, 400ppi for 200lpi.
• Usually scans are sharpened but we can leave them unsharpened if required.
• Scans copied to your supplied disk. If no disk is supplied we can burn to CD for a charge of £5.
• Line Art/1Bit scans should be half resolution of typical output device 2400dpi=1200ppi.
• Scans are held for up to six months and can be resupplied to you. The minimum charge for resupply is £15 or, depending on volume, 20% of the original invoice total.
• We do not supply loan disks.
