Finishing

• Posters are supplied with crop and registration marks. An additional charge will be made for trimming based on the size of each poster.
• It is recommended that posters which are to be used repeatedly be mounted on 3mm foamex and sealed.
• We can supply Velcro hook and loop loose or fixed to the panels @ £3 per metre.

Lamination/Seal: This process involves sticking a thin plastic film onto the printed side of the output by means of a transparent adhesive. This provides a protective cover which enhances durability. It is recommended that mounted posters are finished with a seal.

Encapsulation: This process sandwiches both sides of a poster in protective transparent plastic. This protects a poster from surface damage, tears and liquids. The plastic/film extends beyond each edge of the poster in order to seal itself against the opposing piece.

5mm Polyboard : a thick lightweight white plastic and polystyrene sandwich board. It is also known as foamboard. It is more suitable for small posters because it is relatively fragile. For use indoors only.

3mm Foamex : is a durable rigid white plastic board which is also a class 'A' fire retardant PVC material. Can be used outside.

Standard turnaround is 24hrs for finishing.
